Why am I appearing as a user in the Cyral Control Plane twice after creating an SSO integration?

After configuring an SSO integration, the same user email could appear twice on the Account users page. One account is for the local user with native Cyral credentials, and the other is from the SSO integration.

Users will typically have at least one Cyral administrator maintain both their native and SSO user accounts
