On the latest versions of Cyral, you can set up multiple authentication methods per repository. Users should take care to specify the correct username string that specifies their desired authentication method.
On Cyral versions 2.15 and earlier, each repository you define in Cyral has just one authentication method, so to support both authentication methods on a single database endpoint in your environment, you will add two repository entries in Cyral for the same database endpoint. Set the authentication method to Native on one and set it to the name of your SSO provider on the other. Both repositories will be associated with the same sidecar.
